Responsibilities
Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant.
Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are consistently maintained.
Monitor staff attendance, performance, and work schedules.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and ordering.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company policies.
