Responsibilities:
Supervise the operation, maintenance, and installation of HVAC systems within the property.
Ensure all HVAC equipment functions efficiently and meets safety and quality standards.
Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
Coordinate with engineering team, contractors, and vendors for system upgrades or installations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
