Responsibilities:
Supervise and support call center agents in daily operations
Monitor call quality, performance, and customer satisfaction
Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions
Ensure accurate handling of flight bookings, cancellations, and inquiries
Train, coach, and motivate team members
Prepare performance reports and ensure KPI targets are met
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams
