Job Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Assist in food preparation including chopping, marinating, and portioning.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of shortages.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Follow instructions from the head chef or kitchen supervisor.
